Today I was looking for the Lavender-Lemon Scone recipe and found two to try.
Version A, from Je Mange la Ville
Tasty, but they didn't rise, and the dough was REALLY wet and difficult to work with. (Dough was finger-licking good though.) |
Also tasty, with a more scone-like texture. Dough was easier to work and shape. |
Can't wait for snack tomorrow. Tea and a scone. Heaven at 10am.
