I am, or at least I'm getting there. Took last Friday off of work to have maintenance come over and install a ceiling fan in the bedroom (renewed my lease, attaching a large post-it with my list of wants and needs). He did that, fixed my patio door lock, swapped bathroom light fixtures, and replaced the standard shower head with my rain one from a couple years ago.
While he did those and some other repairs, I switched out my purple velvet curtains in the dining room for some brown sheers, and hung the off-white curtains in the living room in place of the blue ones. The living area is looking nice and fresh. I'll take pictures later.
The carpets were steam cleaned on Tuesday, removing all visible party fouls. : )
