Take a jumbo (pitted) black olive, slice it lengthwise and fill it with cream cheese.
Put a small (pitted) black olive and put it on top of the jumbo.
Slice a carrot and cut out a wedge.
Take a toothpick and run it through the olives to the carrot to secure all the pieces.
Slice the small olive and stick the carrot wedge in there for a beak.
Cute idea and good results : ) Hopefully he likes them.
How cute would they be with little scarves for a winter snack?
