3 handfuls strozzapretti pasta (I find it at World Market) - boil until it's cooked, then drain and keep in pot.
Add 1-2 slices of ham steak (cooked) chopped into bite sized pieces
Add 2-3 large spoonfuls of spinach pesto (I made a bunch when the last spinach bag was about to die. It freezes well!)
Stir until the ham is heated and it's all nice and green.
Top with freshly grated parmesan or romano cheese.
Makes about 3 servings.
