Full House

Yesterday we had 3 electricians, 3 plumbers, 2 flooring guys and my mother at the house. Crazy busy.

Woo! Clean kitchen. KitchenAid mixer has a new home.

Electric work is done- turns out all of the outlets are copper (yay!) and only the switches are aluminum. Also got the potentially faulty panels replaced with fancy GE ones.

Got a new water heater, set up correctly, hose spigots set up with that anti-back flow thingy (I so don't remember what they're called, only that our inspector said we needed them), and the shower diverter works better now. The whole shower water issue is still an issue (it's very strange) but can wait until we remodel it. Ditto with the sink with the backwards cold handle. It can wait.

Added another sheer pane and started the bookshelf.
(The rain soaked the other painted bricks on the patio so I didn't get far.)

And the flooring has begun in our bedroom. Very exciting.
