Mushroom Toast

Made this for dinner last night because i had homemade bread, mushrooms, and butter. (And parm. cheese which was quite nasty, but was saved by the helpful blade of a chef's knife.) It was very good! And, amazingly, T liked it too! Loved it actually. : )


I don't know who's happier that I got a bread machine, me or him. I've made 3 loaves so far- the dough for a cinnamon raisin, which I baked in a standard pan in the oven and took to work the next day, a loaf of french bread, which I used the timer for so I woke up to freshly baked bread- smelled sooooo good, and today the dough for french bread which i baked in a pan in the oven. Never been a fan of bread baked in the machine, but i'm a big fan of not having to knead the dough and find a good place for it to rise. : )
